Great place to live
Aspenwood is a well-kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Great location, ... it is close to shopping centers, restaurants, transportation and schools. Certain amenities a being open 24/7 is a nice plus, I can still access after I get off work when the office is closed. Maintenance is always timely and super friendly. Resident who loves it at Aspenwood!
I love it here! The apartments are spacious and all either have a nice balcony or patio. Sara, our new manager, is off ... to a great start. Our maintenance person, Ben is wonderful. We have a curtesy office on site to help with any crime issues although they are few. Sara arranges for food trucks, cook out at the opening of the pool and other events during the year.
